By using TaraFlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
What TaraFlow Does
TaraFlow is a cloud app for managing members and customers. Features depend on your subscription plan.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and don't include taxes.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use TaraFlow only for legal purposes
- Keep your login details private
- Not upload illegal or harmful content
- Not try to hack or break the service
Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected events are not included.
Data Protection
We handle all personal data according to Philippine data privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Ending Your Account
Either side can end the agreement with 30 days notice. We may end immediately if you break these terms.
Liability Limits
We're responsible for issues caused by our negligence, but only for direct damages that can be reasonably expected.
Governing Law
These terms follow Philippine law.
